- Custom Orders and Personalized Products
- All custom-made products, including personalized photo frames, prints, and artwork, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once your order has been confirmed and production has begun.
- This is because custom products are created uniquely for you and cannot be resold to others.
- Cancellation Before Production
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, provided production has not yet started.
- If production has not started, we will process a *full refund to your original payment method. (*With payment gateway transactional charges)
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
- Once we verify the issue, we will either:
- Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
- Damaged products caused by mishandling after delivery are not covered under this policy.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- We cannot offer refunds or accept returns in the following cases:
- Customer-provided images that are low-resolution, blurry, or unsuitable for printing.
- Colour differences due to screen variations versus printed products.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. spelling errors in text, wrong sizes).
- Change of mind after production has started.
- Process for Refunds or Exchanges
- To request a refund, replacement, or cancellation:
- Email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
- We will respond within 3-4 business days to resolve your request.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Shipping Costs
- In case of returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For any other return or cancellation (if approved), shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
