Each membership is valid for a fixed period (e.g., 1 month or 1 year) depending on the plan you choose.

Yes. You can easily renew or upgrade your membership anytime through your account or by contacting our support team.

Membership should be purchased after the product. In some Product you get membership as included in the plan.

If QR updated upto its specific limit, no additional updates provoided unless you purchase another membership.

Your Validity keeps on adding based on your remaining days & Quantity of order (If you order 4 “Gold Infinity, 1 Year” plan, you get 4 year validity and total 8 event updates purchased).

Warranty

Yes. All our frames include a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. Additional coverage is available through our membership plans.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, color fading, print quality issues, and frame damage not caused by misuse or accidents.

Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or physical impact is not covered under the standard warranty.

Warranty remains active during the membership validity period

To file a claim, contact our support team with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief issue description. Our team will review and guide you through the replacement or repair process.

Frame replacement is available only for active members under our Custom Membership Plans. It includes free replacement for eligible damages during the membership period.
